P L S – The magazine of the Palais de Tokyo #38
Palais De Tokyo
Issue 38 of the Palais de Tokyo magazine explores the theme of ancestry—whether intimate or political, transgenerational or historical, human or more-than-human, symbolic or material. The contributions within invite us to "communicate with the invisible," echoing the words of Guadeloupean writer Maryse Condé in her novel ‘I, Tituba, Black Witch of Salem’. This issue seeks to conjure away oblivion and erasure, reviving connections and lineages that are both familiar and collectively shared. In doing so, it aims to uncover strength, protection, guidance, and perhaps even healing.
